Renal cysts, the most common benign mass of the kidney in an adult are usually clinically silent and do not require specific treatment. Sometimes they may be symptomatic. We proposed to continue the evaluation of the safety and efficacy of percutaneous ultrasound guided sclerosing therapy with 96 ethanol of giant, simple renal cysts. Significant, persistent lumbar pain and repeated episodes of uncontrolled hypertension were the most frequent indications for intervention.Do you have any experience in this field? What is your opinion?
